LOCAL DEMOCRATIC ORGANIZATIONS CONTINUE TO LINE UP BEHIND ROLLINS
Rollins Picked Up Five Key Endorsements in August and September from Local Democratic Clubs
CORONA, C.A. — After launching his campaign for California’s 41st District on May 16th with the support of 30 members of the California delegation, and over a dozen local elected officials and community leaders, Democrat Will Rollins is continuing to solidify local support.
In the past two months, the Desert Stonewall Democrats, Greater Democrats of Riverside, Democrats of the Desert, Southwest Democrats of Riverside County, and the Palm Desert Greens Democratic Club have all endorsed Rollins’ campaign. These five Democratic club endorsements follow another early endorsement from CA-41 Democracy in Action, which is a newly chartered club by the core volunteers from Rollins’ history-making 2022 campaign.
“It’s going to take a massive grassroots effort to defeat Ken Calvert next year, and I know we can do it,” said Rollins. “I’m honored that over 13 months from the November 2024 election, prominent local Democratic organizations are already making early endorsements so that they can begin to work in lockstep with our growing campaign. That’s the kind of unified support we’re going to need to flip this district, and we’re off to a great start.”

Already, all eyes are on California’s 41st District as a key congressional seat in the battle for the House Majority. The Cook Political Report moved the district from “Lean Republican” to “Toss Up” after Rollins made history outside of an election year, raising more in the first quarter of his 2024 race than any other challenger in California history. Recently, as the race has picked up steam, Will has made national TV appearances on both CNN and MSNBC.

Will Rollins is a Palm Springs resident and Southern California native. A former federal counterterrorism prosecutor, he is now running for Congress in California’s 41st Congressional District.
