LATEST FEC REPORTS SHOW GRASSROOTS GROUNDSWELL BEHIND WILL ROLLINS

Rollins brought in $1,923,065 for the first quarter, outraising Calvert dramatically and finishing as the #1 fundraiser among Red to Blue Democrats

CORONA, C.A. —On Monday, all candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives were required to disclose their first quarter fundraising with the Federal Election Commission (FEC). In California’s 41st District, Will Rollins raised over $1.9M, over $955,000 more than Republican Ken Calvert (nearly double Calvert’s raise), and filed with more than $500,000 more in cash-on-hand than Calvert.

“The 41st District deserves a representative that votes with their conscience, and in the interest of Riverside County, not the special interests,” said Rollins. “I’m proud and grateful that our campaign’s robust fundraising has come without a single penny from corporate PACs. Unlike my opponent, I will never have to make a choice about prioritizing big Pharma donors versus patients, the oil and gas industry donors versus the air our kids breathe, or the gun lobby donors versus keeping kids safe in their classrooms. This is a people-first campaign and together we are going to get Congress out of the pocket of special interests and focused once again on prioritizing the needs of working families in Riverside County.”

Rollins’ $1.9M haul in the first three months of 2024 was the highest among any candidate on the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s coveted “Red to Blue” list. Grassroots donors carried Rollins’ success this past quarter:

  • Over 18,200 unique donors in the first quarter, and now over 30,900 cycle-to-date.
  • More than 94% of all donations in the first quarter were $100 or less.
  • Over 65% of all donations in the first quarter were from supporters in California.

The 41st has become a national focus in the fight for control of the House of Representatives, with Punchbowl News calling it the #2 most important district nationally in the battle for the majority.
