WILL ROLLINS RELEASES NEW AD CALLING OUT KEN CALVERT’S FAILURE TO SECURE THE BORDER
Calvert is instead focused on amassing personal wealth, argues Rollins in the new spot.
CORONA, C.A. — Today, Congressional Candidate Will Rollins’ campaign released a new digital ad, “Secure the Border,” calling out career politician Ken Calvert’s failure to secure the border.
“Ken Calvert has had 32 years to secure the border,” says Rollins in the ad. “Instead, he put his time into amassing personal wealth, somehow earning $20 million in 16 terms in Congress.”
Notably, Calvert is under scrutiny this month following new revelations reported by the LA Times that Calvert failed to disclose ownership of properties within California’s 41st District that fall in close proximity to transit projects he secured through the earmarks process, thus increasing in value.
You can watch the new spot on Rollins’ YouTube channel by clicking HERE. The ad will run as part of Rollins’ seven-figure digital ad buy between now and Election Day on digital platforms across the district.
In the ad, Rollins references Calvert’s vote to cut 2,000 border patrol agents in the Limit, Save, Grow Act in April of 2023. Additionally, Rollins calls out Calvert’s refusal to publicly support a popular bipartisan border security bill that his own party killed in a political stunt this past May. Calvert and his MAGA colleagues have proven to be more interested in fundraising off of inaction at the border rather than rolling up their sleeves and getting something done to help the American people.
Border security continues to be a high-importance issue in the race for California’s 41st District. The American Federation of Government Employees, which represents 100,000 law enforcement officials including border patrol agents, has endorsed Rollins’ campaign.

Will Rollins is a Palm Springs resident and Southern California native. A former federal prosecutor and counterterrorism law attorney, he is now the Democratic nominee for Congress in California’s 41st Congressional District. California’s 41st District is shaping up to be a key 2024 matchup that will help decide the House majority. Punchbowl News called it the #2 most critical race in the battle for control of the House, and the National Journal ranked it as one of its 15 seats most likely to flip this November.
